- Acqua Fraggia Waterfalls: falling over 1,70 m in two stages, with prepared view points;
- Giant’s Cauldrons (Marmitte dei Giganti) nature Reserve: here you can follow prepared tracks to
admire the phenomenon of these glacial shapes formed thousand of years ago;
- Pian di Spagna and Lake Mezzola nature Reserve: This is a vast plain territory at the confluence
of the Valtellina and the Valchiavenna formed over the centuries by alluvial deposits;

SONDRIO E VALMALENCO
- Piramids of Postalesio nature Reserve: a group of seven earth pyramids, topped by massive boulders,
the result of long tern erosion by rainwater of this morainic terrain.;
- The Woods of Bordighi nature Reserve: woodland area of zoological and botanical interest;
- Orobie Valtellinesi Regional Park: The Park stretches from the slopes of Monte Legnone to the
Aprica Pass; Rare animal and plant species inhabit places once crossed by important communication
routes or involved in the mining of iron;

ALTA VALTELLINA
- The Stelvio National Park: the largest in all the Alps, stretches for 135,000 hectares, across the
provinces of Sondrio, Brescia, Bolzano and Trento.It features the presence of 110 glaciers and can be
visited through many interesting routes, which are carefully marked,. In this vast protected area all of
the typical types of Alpine vegetation, flowers and animals are present;
- The "Del Centenario" Glacial Path: the route (about 8 km long) winds through the amphitheatre
of the Forni glacier;

APRICA
- Alpine Eco-fauna Observatory: A vast area of over 20 hectares within the Orobie Valtellinese Regional
Park where an easy to use, prepared educational nature route is laid out;
- Pian di Gembro Nature Reserve : the marshes of Pian di Gembro, formed at the end of the last Ice Age,
make an interesting, partially botanical nature reserve;

The Red Train of Bernina

This spectacular and unforgettable railway route star in Tirano, terminus of the railway-line coming from Milan. The modern and comfortable train, left the little city and, in summer as in winter, make a breathtaking tour, unique in all Europe.
First stop is the viaduct of Brusio, crossing than Poschiavo and taking breath away to the traveller at the view of glacier “Morteretsch and on the group of Bernina; on continue towards Pontresina until to reach St. Moritz, surrounded by the charming landscape of “Alta Engadina”.
